Two ways to access care
Accessible, inclusive, compassionate care
PHC is here to provide accessible, inclusive, and compassionate care for every patient, from preventive health and chronic disease management to gender-affirming care and mental health support.
Even without insurance, PHC has you covered. We offer two ways to access care: Direct Primary Care, a membership-based model with a flat monthly fee for select services, or Self-Pay, where patients pay for individual visits addressing the items as needed.

- 06 Comprehensive — Discounted labs, imaging, and prescriptions often available.
