Even without insurance, PHC has you covered. We offer two ways to access care: Direct Primary Care, a membership-based model with a flat monthly fee for select services, or Self-Pay, where patients pay for individual visits addressing the items as needed.
Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model that provides unlimited access to your primary care provider for a flat monthly fee. This means no copays, no surprise bills, and no insurance hassles. With appointment availability as soon as same-day, appointment lengths that match your need, and direct communication via phone, text, or virtual care, you get the personal attention you deserve.
