Medical Marijuana

We help eligible Floridians safely access Medical Marijuana (MMJ) to manage qualifying conditions. If you’re ready for a natural alternative, PHC Health & Wellness clinic can facilitate your Medical Marijuana Certification giving you access to plant-based medicine. Contact us today to schedule an appointment and learn more about how we can help you.

How the Process Works

Initial exam (in-person): Meet with our qualified physician to review your history, symptoms, and treatment goals. If appropriate, the physician issues your certification and adds you to Florida’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Apply for your MMUR ID card: Complete your ID card application through the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). (We’ll walk you through it.)

Shop at licensed dispensaries (MMTCs): Once your ID card is approved, you can purchase products from Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers statewide, consistent with your physician’s orders.

Ongoing care & renewals: Florida requires renewal of two items on separate cycles:

         1. Physician services: Follow-up every 210 days (~7months) for renewal.

         2. OMMU ID card: Annual renewal required.
