Your health matters — and so does your peace of mind. We provide fast, judgment-free testing for HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Getting tested is one of the most important steps you can take for your health and your relationships. Many STIs, including HIV, don’t always cause symptoms, which means you could have an infection without knowing it.
Knowledge is power — and getting tested is a caring choice for yourself and your community.

Window Period refers to the time interval between when a person is infected with HIV and when a standard HIV test can detect the virus in their body.
Testing individual sites (genital, rectal, and throat) for STIs is crucial because infections can be present in one area of the body while being absent in another. A single test, such as a urine sample, can miss infections located in extragenital (non-genital) sites, leading to delayed treatment, ongoing transmission, and serious health complications
Basic STI Testing does not require fasting, though checking with your provider prior to appointment is important.
Staying Hydrated by drinking water prior to your appointment is crucial.
If you know you are needing a urine sample, you should not urinate for 1-2 hours before the test to ensure the collected sample is not too dilute and provides more accurate results.

What it looks like
Frequently no symptoms, especially in women.
Symptoms
Painful urination
Unusual vaginal or penile discharge
Pain during sex
Pelvic pain in women; testicular pain in men
Testing
Urine Sample or a Swab from the potentially infected area, such as the vagina, cervix, rectum, or throat
Treatment
Cured with antibiotics. Early treatment prevents serious complications like infertility or pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

What it looks like
Often silent at first. When symptoms show, they may include discharge or painful urination.
Symptoms
Burning during urination
White, Yellow, Green discharge from genitals
Pelvic pain in women/Testicular pain in men
Vaginal bleeding between periods
Testing
Urine Sample or a Swab from the potentially infected area, such as the vagina, cervix, rectum, or throat
Treatment
Easily cured with antibiotics. Both you and recent partners should be treated to prevent reinfection.

What it looks like
Small blisters or sores around the mouth, genitals, or anus. Outbreaks can come and go.
Symptoms
Painful blisters that may break open and crust
Tingling, itching, or burning before an outbreak
Fever or swollen glands during first outbreak
Testing
Swab test on a visible sore during an active breakout for best results. Blood base test can be used to check for past infection but cannot detect active virus breakout.
Treatment
No cure, but antiviral medication can reduce outbreaks, ease symptoms, and lower the chance of transmission to partners.

What it looks like
HIV attacks the immune system. Many people have no symptoms for years after infection, which is why testing is so important.
Symptoms
Early Symptoms (2–4 weeks after infection)
Fever, chills, or night sweats
Fatigue or body aches
Rash
Swollen Lymph Nodes
Later Symptoms (without treatment)
Significant weight loss
Recurrent infections
Prolonged fever or diarrhea
Testing
Blood Based Testing with multiple options from quick baseline results to in-depth viral load counts.
Treatment
There’s no cure for HIV, but antiretroviral therapy (ART) allows people with HIV to live long, healthy lives. With daily medication, HIV can become undetectable in the body — meaning it cannot be passed to sexual partners (U=U: Undetectable = Untransmittable).

What it looks like
Begins with a single painless sore (chancre). Without treatment, it progresses through stages that can affect the skin, organs, and nervous system.
Symptoms by stage
Primary Stage
Painless sore on genitals, anus, or mouth that heals on its own
Secondary Stage
Rash (often on palms/soles), swollen glands, fever, sore throat
Latent/late stage
Damage to heart, brain, or nervous system if untreated
Testing
Blood Based Testing for antibodies. Required historical results for patient with previous diagnosis to determine new infections.
Treatment
Curable with antibiotics (penicillin is most common). Early treatment is critical to prevent complications.
Many of these infections can be present WITHOUT SYMPTOMS.
The only way to know your status is to GET TESTED.
